'null' appears for all the 'Study Summary' section fields in the 'Study and Site Summary' Report / 'Patient Summary' Report does not open.

Symptoms
i. Following issues are observed after applying iPatch 5.1.0.1 :
- 'Study and Site Summary' report : 'null' appears for all field counts in the 'Study Summary' section
- 'Study and Site Summary' report : data / counts appear ok in the 'Site Summary' section
- 'patient summary' report : does not open when clicking on the patient icon in the [Home] tab screen
ii.
OpaServer1.out file contains following errors :
when running the patient summary report :
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'PATIENT_SUMMARY'
ORA-06550: line 1, column 8:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
when running the Study and Site Summary report :
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'GETSTUDYSUMMARY'
