Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) 14.1, after performing a new installation with a database rebuild, when the user tries to start a business day, the following exception message is shown:


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install the Back Office application using the installer
2. Select to load sample data
3. After the install is complete, run the ant load_sample, load_reports and load_parameters
4. Log in to BO and Open Store
