Special Order Pickup Transaction Number Is Not Captured in the OR_ORD Table (Doc ID 2017351.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 13.1.x, when completing an order, columns ID_STR_RT_RCRD, ID_WS_RCRD, DC_DY_BSN_RCRD, and AI_TRN_RCRD in the OR_ORD table are not being updated.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an order in ORPOS.
  2. Note that the columns mentioned above are populated with the order initiate transaction information.
  3. Complete the order in ORPOS.
  4. Note that columns remain with the same order initiate transaction information.
