Symptoms

 When trying to install and activate a newly created IHE Profile application, the errors bellow are thrown in the Weblogic console and the application goes to "Prepared" status:

No application named "IHE1" exists for operation "start".

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.hsgbu.ohmpi.audit.AuditService

 

At the Weblogic log level, the following error stack is noticed:
