Symptoms

GetLocationForGroup API in ParlayX Terminal Location service getting TL-000007 error from OCSG, when out of 2 numbers, only 1 number is reachable and the other number is not reachable.

TL-000007 means, there is a communication problems between Services Gatekeeper and the network node. Contact your Services Gatekeeper administrator.
