Symptoms

When attempting to open a report in BI Publisher the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be opened because it has no pages.

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Login to BI Publisher
  2. Go Catalog | Shared Folders | P6Reports select report (Activity Relationships) and click open. Error occurs.
  3. Click OK set Parameters and click Apply and report runs successfully.
