OSM Admin App Can Not Connect when you Enable "Use Authorization Providers to Protect JMX Access" (Doc ID 2017794.1)

Goal

 If you enable Use Authorization Providers to Protect JMX Access in WebLogic Console under Security Realm --> myrealm --> Configuration (Tab) --> General(tab), restart WebLogic Server you cannot log in OSM Admin.

You will get error message text box:

You are not authorized to use OSM Administrator Application
