Compliance Shows Missing Info When Site BOM Components Are Added (Doc ID 2018166.1)

Goal

When adding Site Components to an assembly and performing Calculate Compliance, the Compliance is showing as "Missing Info". When the Sites are removed, Compliance value is Compliant
