After the restart of ECE, it was observed that few of the customers are missing in the ECE cache, though they are present in the customer.xml extracted through ODI and no errors observerd in the loader log. These customers have similar services and products as the other customers which are loaded. Even after restarting again, it was observed the same accounts are missing in the cache. Why?
