RPM Application Login Fails With Error "Failed to obtain password for LDAP user admin from credential store"

After successful installation of Retail Price Management (RPM) 14.1, the following error is seen while logging into the application:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install RPM 14.1 application. 
2. Access the RPM Application through URL : http://hostname:<managed_server_port>//launch?template=rpm_jnlp_template.vm
3. Notice that the application is launched and the above errors are noticed after giving the valid login credentials.

Note: The issue persists even after correcting the weblogic.policy file entries as per <Document 1666976.1>.
