Symptoms

While upgrading from Network Integrity 7.2.4.0 to Network Integrity 7.2.4.1 on a clustered server, an error indicates a failure to update the snmpAdapter component. The cluster consists of two managed server nodes (netinteg_ms_1 and netinteg_ms_2), and an admin server which is running on the same server as netinteg_ms_1. Both servers have a shared directory where Weblogic and the other NI components are installed.
