Cashier Cannot Open Tills When Till ID Opened from Back Office; "Till Already Open" Error Occurs

When attempting to continue with store operations whereby a till is already open through Back Office (BO), Point-of-Service prompts the user that a till must be opened before proceeding with this operation.  When the user presses 'Yes', the following error occurs:

          Till Status should have been updated to (SC_TL=1 [Open] ) for ID_WS=2 (Workstation 2) in Step 2.
