View Ack Button Is Grayed Out (Doc ID 2019084.1)

Symptoms

User is experiencing issue where below symptoms are observed.

1. 'View ACK' button is grayed out.
2. There is a record of that E2B in CMN_REG_REPORTS table but no corresponding record exist in SAFETYREPORT table.
3. There is a record of that E2B in MESSAGES and ACKNOWLEDGMENT tables but no corresponding record exist in SAFETYREPORT table.

This is a know issue where it was described in Bug 17436762.
Applying patch released 6.0.7.6 will help to avoid this issue from reoccur in the future.

User followed steps documented in DoC ID 1616464.1 to repair the E2B records that are already affected.
However they are stuck in step B (Copying & Modifying sent E2B output file (ZIP file)).
