PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_GET_ACTION_HISTORY Opcode Throws Error In Dm_oracle.pinlog

Symptoms

On BRM 7.5 PS10, Collections Manager

Issue:

PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_GET_ACTION_HISTORY opcode throws error in dm_oracle.pinlog.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create an account
2. Apply some charges
3. Move PVT to next bill date and bill the account
4. Run pin_collections_process after due date. Account enters into collections
5. Open collection center and click on the collections scenario for above account
    This will invoke PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_GET_ACTION_HISTORY opcode and prints error message in dm_oracle.pinlog and corresponding warning message in cm.pinlog.
