OFSAAI 220.127.116.11 Batch Cancellation Screen Does Not Properly Refresh and Display in IE11 Compatibility Mode

On OFSAAI 22.214.171.124 after upgrade from 7.3.5, the Batch Cancellation screen does not function correctly and properly refresh.
In IE11 compatibility mode, the OFSAA "Batch Cancellation" is not functioning. It appears to work without issue in IE8.
Expect to see all running batches in Batch Cancellation screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Test in IE11 Compatibility Env
2. Submit a batch which run more than 4 mins
3. Once submitted successfully, open 'Batch Cancellation' Screen and see if the submitted batch and its tasks details could be retrieved.
