F1-EmailService Adding Retry Function When Reports An error If This Fails

On : 18.104.22.168.0 Framework version
Sometimes customer's SMTP host has an issue and therefore F1-EmailService causes an error exception.
The F1-EmailService assumes that smtp sever is always avaialble but sometimes it's not, due to all the connections being used up.
Clients suggestion was to add the following:
1. ability to handle retrying itself
2. ability to resend any failed messages
3. give an error message if retrying is not possible
Issue in log file:
"javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host:
wmailscan.westernpower.com.au, port: 25;" "Caused by:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out"
This issue happened occasionally, and if customer send Email manually, it always be succeed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sometimes customer's SMTP host has an issue
2. F1-EmailService causes an error exception.
