Transfer status is not getting updated from 'P' to 'A' when wave is purged from Oracle Warehouse Mangement System (WMS).

When stock_order is selected in WMS by assigning wave and run_distribution batch is executed then pick_directive gets generated in WMS and distro_qty gets populated in TSFDETAIL table as well transfer status become 'P'icked.
After that if wave is purged, then pick_directive is cleared and distro_qty again become zero but status of transfer remains 'P' in RMS disallowing the user to delete transfer from front end application.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a transfer t1 in RMS and approve it.
2. Select stock_order in WMS and assign wave w1 to it.
3. Execute run distribution batch and check, distro_qty is populated in tsfdetail table and status of transfer will become 'P'icked in tsfhead table.
4. Purge wave w1 from WMS.
5. Again check distro_qty has been cleared, but status of transfer is 'P'icked.
