Information in this document applies to any platform.

We are creating a LoadRunner performance test script for Demantra worksheets. We have a problem interpreting the responses from clicks in the worksheets. How can we interpret these responses to allow LoadRunner to determine if the operation was successful?

High level flow of a script:
a. Login to Demantra
b. Click any one of the worksheets
c. Download/export excel file
d. Log out

1. What protocol is being used between the app server and the client when launching or navigation in a worksheet and downloading CSV files?
2. Is there any performance test conducted for this application using HP LoadRunner tool? If so is there any standard procedure or documents?
3. Because of the thick client the scripts that we have created are serializing client objects into binary array which cannot be read.

See the attached Word document for one of the session recordings.
