How to Edit the NC Code of an Existing Circuit on a PSR Change Order ? (Doc ID 2020255.1)

Goal

Can the NC/NCI code for a circuit be modified in a PSR Change Order when you Open the Circuit (CKTID) ?
Should we be able to change this when doing a change PSR or do we have to do a disconnect/reconnect?
