In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 220.127.116.11, the FTP Process is not using the Conditional Assumption criteria to assign a Transfer Rate. Instead of assigning the rate using the Conditional Assumption, it uses the main definition from the Transfer Pricing Rule or does not assign a rate a all.
The "Condition" used in the Conditional Assumption definition contains an "In" clause. For example:
AMRT_TYPE_CD in (Conventional Fixed & Conventional Adjustable)
As a result of this issue, the Transfer Rate is wrong or is not populated.
