Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control, if the Transaction Capabilities Application Part (TCAP) Interface (m3ua_if and sua_if) does not send the origAddress to Reoriginating Application (RAP) when it receives a Customized Applications for Mobile networks Enhanced Logic (CAMEL) Application Part version 1 (CAPv1) Initial Detection Point (IDP) from the Mobile Switching Centre (MSC), then the following NOTICE alarm message is logged by the rap process (the following is a example of the preceding debug messages as well):
