Symptoms
The following is the error with Oracle Communications Connector for Microsoft Outlook [OC] when you try to install OC:

Value of UWC_Url in INI file is NULL, so not writing into registry()
Inside SetUWCUrlinRegitry() now setting Use_UWC_Url key in registry
Successfully set the registry key Use_UWC_Url =0
