OID/OAM and RMS Integration For SSO Does Not Allow Users To Change Passwords (Doc ID 2020862.1)

Oracle Internet Directory (OID)/Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and RMS integration for Single Sign-On (SSO) do not allow users to change passwords.

Currently OID and OAM are installed and RMS forms is integrated with OID. When you set the ForcePasswordChangeAtFirstLogin in Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM), the user is not prompted to change his/her password and is locked out of the system. As a result, you have to go into ODSM and change the password there. How to take proper action with SSO using RMS and OID?

OID is not integrated with Active Directory (AD), users are managed disparately.

What are the options to enable a user to change his/her own password in this configuration? Is this a bug? A feature which requires an upgrade to OID/OAM?
