CCSCD1 DEL Fails with "ORA-00060: Deadlock Detected While Waiting for Resource"

Symptoms
The PImanager process returns an "ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource" error when the following sequence of PI requests is continuously requested over a pool of MSISDNs.
Create Subscriber → (delay 1.5 sec) → Change Profile Tags → Activate → Change MSISDN → Deactivate → Delete MSISDN (CCSCD1 DEL)
The DELETE command reports the following deadlock error:
This happens with NCC 5.0.2.
It is expected that DELETE commands always properly complete.
