Users Unable to Maintain Context in Allocation (Doc ID 2021057.1)

When creating/maintaining an allocation initially and selecting a Context, the application has the options: "empty", Promotion, Repairing, Store Requisition, Costumer Transfers.
Once the user sets a context (e.g., Store Requisition), it is not possible to clear the context association on that allocation.  At that moment the “empty” option is not available anymore.

It is expected that be possible to clear the context associated to an allocation.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create an allocation and set a context type
2. Save the allocation
3. Try to change the allocation to not use any context.
