Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Memory Based Planner

Users are on 12.2.4 and have applied 12.2.4.1 VCP Patch 19549533.  Users are running an EDD Constrained Without Detailed Scheduling MRP/Mfg plan with an MPS/Master plan defined as the demand schedule. However the MRP plan is erroring with the following in MSCPLD: Loader Worker With Direct Load Option

value used for ROWS parameter changed from 1000 to 40
Record 4: Rejected - Error on table "MSC"."MSC_DEMANDS#", column USING_ASSEMBLY_DEMAND_DATE.
ORA-01854: julian date must be between 1 and 5373484

The MPS/MPP Demand Schedule plan completes fine
EDD constrained with detailed scheduling produces the same error.

THe plan has one org, one MPP item that should drive demand in the MRP plan.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup the MPS Plan and run it, it runs fine
2. Setup the MRP Plan with the MPS Plan as the Demand Schedule, Loader Worker completes in error in the specific cases mentioned above
