Object Migration Utility Fails to Migrate Allocation Rules Even Though Dependent Objects Migrated Successfully (Doc ID 2021238.1)

Symptoms

On PFT 6.1.1, Unable to find an allocation rule that has been migrated but dependent objects were migrated successfully.

Error in pftapp.log:
[09-06-15 08:09:19 AM] ~ ERROR ~ PFT ~  
java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.ofs.fsapps.pft.util.ClsObjectMigration.migrateTableDetails(ClsObjectMigration.java:1178)
at com.ofs.fsapps.pft.util.ClsObjectMigration.migrateObjects(ClsObjectMigration.java:78)


Steps:
1. Migrate an allocation rule with static table and data filter.
2. Able to see data filter and static table in the Target instance unable to see the Allocation Rule.
3. Log file (REV_MIG_LOG  table) shows successful migration.
