"Could not resolve WebLogicHost parameter" Error While Logging into RMS With Single Sign On (SSO) (Doc ID 2021509.1)

Symptoms

After configuring the Retail Merchandising System (RMS) application with Single Sign-On (SSO) in a Oracle Access Manager (OAM) - Oracle Identity Management (OIM) integrated environment,  users are getting the below error while accessing the SSO URL and supplying the valid credentials:

Error:
Failure of server APACHE bridge:
Could not resolve WebLogicHost parameter specified in httpd.conf. Cannot continue.

Steps for the scenario:

1. Configure OID and OAM for SSO using <Document 1666048.1> - Case Study: Creating a High Availability Environment for Oracle Retail 14.0 and 14.1
    Specifically for OID and OAM follow : Oracle_Retail_14.1_High_Availability_Case_Study_Fusion_Middleware_Cluster_-_Part_1 and Part 2
2. Access the RMS SSO URL.
3. Notice the above error after providing the SSO credentials.
