Why Is the RWMS Cycle Count Screen Not Scanning the Item? (Doc ID 2021644.1)

Symptoms

After scanning a container, the cursor is not moving to Item scan.  The screen does not prompt the user to scan item ID or the container quantity and displays "successful scan" while the cursor moves to CID to scan the next CID.

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Mark a location for Cycle Count.
2. Scan location for cycle count in cycle count screen.
3. Cursor will go to container scan; scan the container.
4. "Successful scan" message is displayed and the cursor moves to CID to scan the next CID instead of prompting the user to scan the item ID/container quantity.
