Symptoms

On the Set up of ASAP - The OSM communication through JMS bridge that is  following the procedures that Oracle provided , however we received the following error when testing the communication: Status = Inactive , Description = WARN: failed to connect to the source.

In the weblogic output file, following warnings are captured:
