Enhancement Request - Unable to Remove/Add a Local Routing Number(LRN) from one Switch Assignment to Another (Doc ID 2022205.1)

Symptoms

The Local Routing Number cannot be removed from its assigned Switch Detail record or reused on another switch.  Attempting to remove the LRN number of a decommissioned switch in the Application Setup > Location and Geography Setup > Switch Details > Switch Assignment window throws a message indicating it cannot be deleted. Below is the message displayed in the GUI.
