AutoVue Is Not Printing Repeated Rows Configured in Excel File as a Header

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When printing Excel file with AutoVue, it ignores the row and column header on each page which is configured through Page Layout > Print Titles > Sheets tab in Excel file

Expected Behavior
When printing Excel file with AutoVue, it will print out the row and column header on each page which is configured through Page Layout > Print Titles > Sheets tab in Excel file

What is Working
Header and footer defined in Page Layout > Print Titles > Header/Footer of the Excel file can be printed through AutoVue


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Excel file with native application
2. Click Page Layout > Print Titles
3. Goto Sheet tab. At Print titles section, set Rows to repeat at top to: $4:$12
4. Save and close Excel file
5. Launch AutoVue, and open Excel file from AutoVue
6. Click Print Preview
7. On Option tab, check on Native settings (from file)
8. Print OK.
9. On the preview window, see repeated rows are not printed as header
10. Exit Print Preview
11. Click Print Preview
12. On Option tab, check off Native settings (from file)
13. Goto Header/Footer tab
14. On Header | Center, add "%F" and OK
15. On the preview window, see repeated rows are not printed as header
