If a Transfer Has Multiple Records With Only One Item Locked, System Prompts Multiple Times in GUI for Lock Release (Doc ID 2022788.1)

Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.
This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.


If a Transfer has 100 records with one item in the lock, then RMS will prompt user to click 100 times for a lock release.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Update ITEM_LOC_SOH set LAST_UPDATE_ID='RMS' where ITEM in (<itemno>) and LOC in ('<store>');

2. Go to item receiving screen and select the transfer which has the above record.

3. Notice that while updating, RMS throws a message that item is locked.  This same message is repeated for each item record in item receiving.
