MetaSolv - Delete Service Request Notes Permission (Doc ID 2022805.1)

Delete Service Request Notes permission.

Preferences "Allow Deletion of Service Request Notes" is set to "N".
However, one group needs to be allowed to delete notes. How to accomplish this in the MetaSolv Solution?

When the preference is set to "No", go to permissions and to the "w_service_request_query_monster.m_servicerequest_resultspopup.m_list" and set the identifier "m_delete" to Enabled, it still DOES NOT give access to delete notes.


When reverse and set the preference to "Y", but set the identifier to disabled, the delete option STILL SHOWS UP.

How do you give rights to the user to DELETE the notes based on the user Group?
