NEP Is Not Starting With Error: Unable to find library 'libldap.so.2' (Doc ID 2022877.1)

Symptoms

Installed ASAP 7.2.0.4.1 in HP-UX Itanium Platform. While starting the ASAP application, NEP servers are not starting up.

The following error was found in the ASAP.Console

ERROR
-----------------------

/usr/lib/hpux32/dld.so: Unable to find library 'libldap.so.2'.
Diagnostic.exitHandler() : Terminating ...
Listener.exitHandler() : Terminating ...
JInterp.exitHandler() : Closing DB Pools ...
 Failed to start Application [NEP_ENV1]
