Row coloring does not color the entire row when there is a locked column.

Something in 1.12 appears to have broken row coloring, so that when you select row coloring, the row is colored at the beginning of the row up to the lock column, but columns after the locked column are not colored.

The entire row should have been colored.

1. Login, subscribe, change Preferences to "Enable Row Coloring". Note only the fixed columns show row coloring.
