Supplier With More Than One Address With Same Address Type Has Invalid Value In SEQ_NO (Doc ID 2023063.1)

Retail Merchandising System (RMS) v14.0.2

When creating Suppliers from (E-Business Suite) EBS having multiple contact data, this is added to ADDR table in RMS, but all duplicate address types (addr_type) for example 04, has the same value for SEQ_NO as value of 1. Where this should be incremented for each, resulting so that the additional entry of same address type will have an incremented value for SEQ_NO.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Run standard Supplier conversion of (Retail Financial Integration) RFI and populate RFI staging tables;
2 - Turn on the supplier Publisher in RFI Console Admin
3 - Check invalid records in ADDR table
