Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) 13.2.6, the Clearance Price Injector batch is failing with the below error:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Populate RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE with CHANGE_TYPE = 2 and STATUS = 'N'
  2. Run INJECTORPRICEEVENTBATCH.SH
  3. Check the status in RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE
  4. Notice that records fail with the ORA-32638 error
