v2.1.0.5 Patches for M1-EXCNTRDCL and M1-CrewShiftLite (Doc ID 2023113.1)

Goal

Qn1:Plugin script M1-EXCNTRDCL is missing from the patch 19977295. It doesn't seem to be in the patch sql file. This means that we cannot close shifts during testing from MWM. We get an error telling us that the script cannot be found.
 
Qn2:We've installed one undocumented corequisite patch 20547296.  20547296 uses a new BO, M1-CrewShiftLite, which isn't included in any of the patches. This breaks login, and the ability to progress and work an assignment on the CDI.

Where does M1-CrewShiftLite come from?
