Symptoms

The Oracle Commerce JVM may experience high CPU utilization on one or more of the production storefront server instances.  Thread dumps show stack traces similar to:

Of importance in the trace is a call to java.util.HashMap's put or get methods originating from a JSP page that invokes the atg.taglib.dspjsp.SetValueTag class (used by the <dsp:setvalue> tag).
