When Using XML API ProcessSuppOrder - Duplicate Supp History Line Item Is Coming (Doc ID 2023380.1)

Symptoms

 

A duplicate Supp History line item gets inserted when ProcessSuppOrder API is applied . This is not happening when the Supp is done via MetaSolv Solution GUI.

The issue is seen in  MSS 6.2.1 version . This  was working as expected in MSS version 6.0.15.
