No Key Was Generated error when Stop the Service Agreement (Doc ID 2023389.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.2.0 version,

When attempting to stop a Service Agreement from Pending Stop status,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
(1) "No Key Was Generated" error prompted.

(2) In spl_service.log, there is such warning message,

SYSUSER - 573996-4075-1 2015-06-10 16:00:43,959 [Remote JVM:2 Thread 1] INFO  (COBOL.CIPZKEYG) *** WARNING:  EITHER TABLE/ID CI_AUDIT_K  / AUDIT_ID  IS GETTING FULL OR NEEDS TUNING.

STEPS
-----------------------
(1) Configure the audit table of CI_SA table.

(2) Configure the audit table of CI_SA_CHAR table.

(3) Click on the Stop SA button on the Service Agreement page.
