Unable to Un-deploy And Deploy Cartridges Using SADT Client

1. Unable to un-deploy cartridges using SADT Client. We received following messages when it failed:
sadtClient undeploy <CARTRIDGE_NAME>.sar - giving error - <CARTRIDGE_NAME>.sar file is not present in activationmodel .
2. Unable to deploy the same cartridge using SADT Client. We received following messages when deployment failed.
SadtClient deploy <CARTRIDGE_NAME>.sar - giving error - can not deploy it , its already deployed .
Due to some weblogic issue customer restored weblogic domain from backup and since then they started to experience this issue.
