Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Starting Agile fails with BEA-101163  Could not load user defined listener: org.apache.axis.transport.http.AxisHTTPSessionListener

Expected Behavior
Agile starts successfully

Error
agileDomain.log shows the following error:
