Symptoms

There is a performance issue with the Waiver Algorithm Query

The customer currently uses P&I One Time Waivers. In the class PenaltyAndInterestPostProcOneTimeWaiverAlgComp_Impl the following method getExistingAdjustments uses a HQL query which is inefficient and times out which delays performance.
