Order Backlog Workbench - Rescheduling a Sales Order Provides Inconsistent Scheduled Ship Date from the 'Sales Order' Form (Doc ID 2024137.1)

Ship date on an internal sales order is being changed to request date when trying to schedule in the Order Backlog Workbench
Unable to use the order backlog tool to mass reschedule sales orders.
When going into the order backlog workbench form, it does not take shipping network in transit time into account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter and schedule a sales order in OM. Scheduled Ship Date is Request date minus
  instransit time.
2. Reschedule in OBW. Scheduled Ship Date is moved out to the Request Date
