F1-SYNCRQ Fails To Send Sync Requests To Host In MWM v2.2.0.2 (Doc ID 2024481.1)

In MWM 2.2.0.2, running the F1-SYNRQ batch control does not correctly process all transactions in the F1_SYNC_REQ table and they remain as PENDING.  Also, these transactions will not be sent to the FW PIP if implemented.
