Timeout when save a new Order (Doc ID 2024594.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.2.0 version,

When attempting to add a new Order with existing person and premise,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
(1) It spend a long time to save than normal (more than 4 minutes). Or sometimes timeout.

(2) A warning message saying that the "Premise already exists" pops up.

(3)And there is such error in debug log,

ERROR (support.cobol.CobolToJavaGateway) An unexpected error occurred building warning information to pass to cobol from a Java call from cobol.
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Attempt to add more rows (>10) than allowed in Cobol array WARNING_COLL (max rows=10) (num rows = 108){
  Array element WARNING_COLL: 0
  WARNING_COLL (size=867){
  WARNING_PARM_CNT Integer (1): 0
  Cobol array WARNING_PARM_COLL (max rows=9) (num rows = 0){
  }
  WARNING_PK_CNT Integer (2): 0

  }

... ...


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Order.
2. Add an existing Person.
3. Add an existing Premise.
4. Click on Save.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the Order normally.
