Customer Center Does Not Display 'Direct Debit' Payment Method

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 18.104.22.168.0 version, the Customer Center does not display 'Direct Debit' payment method.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a customer with Payment method - Direct Debit (/payinfo/dd ).
2) Read the customer using Customer Center.
3) Go to the "Payments" tab.
4) It does not display the Payment Method.
