Reason Code and Action Code Values Cannot Be Entered Manually in Return Screen (Doc ID 2025700.1)

In the paper return processing screen of Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS), users are unable to manually enter the Reason Code and Action Code field values.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Returns -> Paper Return Processing
  2. Select Received Container
  3. Select Add Items
  4. First Issue: The entire line is highlighted. The focus should be only on the Item ID field.
  5. Enter by typing (keyboard) all values until Reason Code.
  6. Second Issue: Reason code is not available for typing.  The user must use the mouse and LOV (List of Values) to select.
  7. Third Issue: Action Code is not available for typing. The user must use the mouse and LOV to select.
